In a new survey of over 1000 government and finance leaders around the world, CGMA identified  four key areas of focus. 'The Four Ts': 
  • transformation
  • transparency
  • talent
  • technology
CGMA explored their approach to the 'Four Ts', and the demands made by business citizens on their local governments.

85% of local governments have a well defined talent management strategy but 46% are struggling to compete with their private sector rivals
