12 December 2022, Warsaw – The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, representing the American Institute of CPAs and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (AICPA & CIMA), presented five companies with the 2022 Employer Award at the 2022 AICPA & CIMA Awards Night ceremony on 8 December 2022 in Warsaw, Poland. NatWest Group, J.P. Morgan, GSK Finance Hub – Europe, DXC Technology, and Johnson & Johnson have won the award in the following categories, respectively:
Best practice: Employer collaboration
Best practice: Management accounting advocate
Best practice: Student support
Best practice: Regional initiatives: skills development in finance
Best practice: Most effective learning solution implementation (CGMA Finance Leadership Program)
The awards recognise companies that supported and contributed to AICPA & CIMA’s projects and events in Poland and the wider Central and Eastern Europe throughout 2022, supported CGMA candidates within their organisations or served as regional advocates for the accounting and finance profession to help shape its future.
