Anna graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Lodz. Anna is qualified Certified Chief Accountant and ACMA, CGMA with 15 years of experience in the field of financial and internal control audits, transformation and maturity assessment of finance and accounting processes in the environment of SSC/BPO.
Anna gained knowledge and experience in accounting and internal control during CIMA studies completed in 2016 and while conducting SOx, J-SOx and financial review audits for different Infosys Poland customers. Anna is currently working as Finance and Accounting Solution Design Consultant, responsible for design of proposals for potential BPM clients.

Led various financial and business projects for diverse business lines and markets, including transition and transformation initiatives, new systems and reporting implementation and process improvements. Broad experience in project management, especially in agile, six sigma and lean methodologies. Passionate about people, helping them grow and learn new things.
Bartosz Gayer ACMA, CGMA – Fincastly

Jakub Kozielec ACMA, CGMA – Zalando
Jakub Kozielec – CGMA, ACMA member since 2020, controlling manager experienced in international corporations, specialising in manufacturing and e-commerce. His career in management accounting started in 2013 in Warsaw at Schneider Electric Polska, where he was responsible for intercompany business. Already after one year he got promoted to a supervising function followed by a managerial position one year later. In 2015 he decided to move abroad and started working for luxury car manufacturer Daimler. After the decision to open the first manufacturing plant in Poland he was invited to take part in the new project, being offered the responsibility for setting up controlling and finance activities in the new company. Already in mid-2017 he moved to Wroclaw and started ramping-up controlling operations. On the technical side along with IBM he and his team implemented a first in Daimler complex controlling tool for planning & actuals comparison. In this function he became also an active promoter of CIMA program for finance team members. After 6 years at Daimler corporation he decided to widen his experience and change to e-commerce business joining Zalando, supporting the ramp-up of a new business in terms of controlling and accounting experience.
Tomasz Kociuba ACMA, CGMA – Motorola Solutions
Tomasz Kociuba holds the position of Financial Analysis Manager from 2020 moving from Shell where he provided financial support in the Oil and Gas Industry for 4 years. Before Business Finance he worked in the areas of Financial Reporting and Accounting for companies such BBH and Philip Morris. He has 14+ years professional experience in finance working for international corporations. His main areas of expertise are Financial Planning and Analysis, Management Reporting, Controlling and Accounting from both manager and expert positions.
