This Course on Taxation will feature discussions on all amendments up to the Inland Revenue Amending Act No 9 of 2015 and the budget proposals for 2017.

  • Land (restriction on alienation act).
  • Vehicle entitlement certificate fee.

  • PAL.  
  • Super gain tax.
  • Casino industry levy.
  • Stamp duty and ESC.
  • Fundamental tax concepts (transfer pricing, thin capitalisation, tax on Islamic financing). 
  • Application of RAMIS and the relevant procedure.
