Research Skills for Management Accountants
This interactive workshop will improve your effectiveness as a management accountant by developing your ability to employ simple research skills to address key issues you face at work. The skills learnt will ensure that problems are approached, logically and efficiently generating sound conclusions in which all stakeholders can have confidence. By applying simple research skills, management accountants can learn to:

  • Break complex issues down into specific, measurable questions
  • Develop a clear and easy to follow plan to find appropriate sources of reliable data to investigate the issue and use robust analysis skills
  • Generate and use appropriate and robust data analysis skills
