Lean Project Management: Principles and Application Tips
Lean and Project Management Skills have been tried and tested for many decades. While Lean was developed in the manufacturing sector, currently 80% of Lean training is carried out in the Service sectors, as opposed to manufacturing. This is your opportunity to build on what works and learn from tried and tested techniques.
Combining theory, practical simulations and examples of best practice, this session will equip finance professionals with the skills to effectively consider and improve key processes to add more value for customers. Create a better future.
This session will offer an opportunity for members to effectively partner with each other and consider the key processes that we use every day and how we may make tomorrow better using Lean PM Principles.
Members will earn a White Belt in the principles and application of Lean Project Management…and learn some skills to improve your business processes and those of your clients.
