Authentic leadership in the times of constant change

Speaker: Anton Colella

Event for CIMA members and students and selected contacts of cooperation partner WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.

What does it mean to be a leader? What should be her/his role? What is required from modern leadership that is being affected by continuous changes in a digitally disrupted business environment? An environment in which technology is having a constantly growing impact on processes, employers, products and relationships with customers?

One answer to that question is definitely the approach of Anton Colella, CEO at Moore Global: we have to think about leadership in a different way.

Is technology really the biggest disrupter for the nearest future? Have you ever thought were your dreams big enough? Are we paying enough attention to our humanity in the midst of all consuming technology?

Join us for this exciting evening we dedicate to the keynote speech of Anton Colella followed by a Q&A session to deepen your reflections about this hot topic and give the possibility to discuss and share experiences!
