CIMA members come from a wide range of sectors and roles, and we believe that our members know better than anyone else what our members want and need, so events organised by our members ensure that the content is the most relevant.
Our MiP Committee organise and host a wide range of events throughout the year - from webinars and networking events, to the flagship Members in Practice conference, which has been held annually since 1985. We always welcome any members that is keen to volunteer, working any volunteering opportunities around the time that you can dedicate towards the role. This is also a fantastic way to meet fellow MiPs, learn new skills and raise your profile within the local business community.

Members in Practice (MiP) Committee
The MiP Committee is comprised of eight elected volunteers (for a three year term), as well as two co-opted members (for a one year term). The roles on the Committee are rotated every three years - this is in line with the Terms of Reference and ensures we frequently have volunteering oppurtunities for our members.

The Committee holds an Annual Members Meeting in June, where newly elected Committee members are announced.
