Council and governance

Byelaws 16-29 set out the purpose, constitution and powers of CIMA's council.

Part IV of the regulations outline elections to council, meetings, trustees and CIMA's various committees and boards. Council is responsible for setting the terms of reference for CIMA's committees and reviewing their performance.
