UK GAAP for small and micro entities


A guide to practical reporting issues affecting small companies, including FRS 102 (Section 1A) and other relevant sections of FRS 102, and the micro-entity option under FRS 105.

This course will focus on practical issues affecting small companies. In particular, it will cover FRS 102 (Section 1A) applicable to small companies and other relevant sections of FRS 102, and the micro-entity option under FRS 105. The course will review the amendments to FRS 102 which were published in December 2017 and their implications for small companies.

The course will be illustrated by several short case studies covering practical implementation issues and extracts from financial statements.
