  • The impact of cost to serve on profit margins.   Looking under the bonnet of how cost travels at the customer fulfilment end of the service and identifying opportunities for standardizing and rationalizing for greater cost efficiency and therefore improving margins
  • Understand how technology can improve and expedite the organisations ability to analyse data and information. 
  • Learning the opportunities available to your organisation to exploit margins, through appreciating pricing strategies such as branding and segmentation.

The course starts at 9.30am. Lunch and refreshments are included.
