Programme outline
Techniques to enable you to:

  • have a deeper awareness of your own preferences and styles of behaviour
  • achieve flexibility in your communication style to improve relationships
  • know how to get the best out of others
  • understand how other people's behaviour affects you
  • make successful choices when influencing others. 

The course starts at 9.30am. Lunch and refreshments are included.
