  • recognising the signs and effects of stress
  • identifying personal stress factors
  • developing stress reducing techniques and strategies
  • building resilience - designing a stress management life policy 

The course starts at 9.30am. Lunch and refreshments are included on face-to-face dates.
6 CPD hours (where applicable).
