This course is the essential guide to understanding Marketing from the Marketer’s perspective while keeping your Finance hat firmly in place.

You can move to win-win negotiations without having to resort to outmoded siloed responses of just cutting projects to shore up the bottom line, that actually drive the business forward more successfully.

Programme outline
The course appraises the importance of the key stages in marketing and identifies appropriate financial perspectives to lead to more effective marketing spend and return on investment. It covers the following:

  • Purpose of marketing
  • Effective marketing planning
  • Integrated marketing
  • Profitable customer relationships
  • Channel strategy and management
  • Marketing control

The course starts at 9.30am and finishes at 5.00pm. Lunch and refreshments are included.
