Speaker Line Up:

Stephen Aldridge
Stephen Aldridge, Managing Director of Numeritas Ltd, is a CIMA qualified accountant and MBA. He has spent the last 20 years focussing on financial forecasting and analysis, initially at KPMG and Deloitte, joining specialist consulting firm Numeritas in 2004.  Since then Numeritas has advised many funds, banks and companies, including several FTSE 350 companies on forecasting, modelling and data analysis. Stephen trained Microsoft’s Excel development team in Redmond in financial modelling and is leading an industry initiative to promote best practice in financial modelling. 

Andi Lonnen 
Andi is an international trainer and has an upbeat and enthusiastic approach delivering her training in an easily understood and engaging manner with skills that can be implemented in the workplace immediately and have everyone buzzing to do so! Also a conference speaker at high profile conferences and events including the NHS, ACCA, CIMA, AAT, Growth Accelerator, Forward Ladies, Thrive Yorkshire and many more. She has authored ‘Be Fabulous at Finance’ published by Oodlebooks and a cycle touring book and has published articles in Finance Director, FT Adviser, Business Money, Women Leaders Association, Kent Women in Business. Andi has also chaired the ACCA Business Leaders Forum, Corporate Sector Network and Yorkshire Women’s Network.

Background. She is a fully qualified FCCA accountant with many years’ financial experience to Commercial Finance Director level in addition to being a qualified ILM trainer and serves as an elected member of the Professional Speaking Association (PSA).

Heather Wright
Heather has made it her mission to learn as much as she can about the psychology of influence and how to use it to everyone’s advantage and then convert it to usable, teachable material to change the lives of others.

She is an inspirational speaker and facilitator delivering speeches and workshops to public services and large multinational companies in the UK, Europe, Central America and Australia.  Heather has achieved an excellent reputation for her professionalism and accessibility when working with clients and she has enough energy to run a small power station!
