How to be ready to protect the value and reputation of your business in the wake of COVID-19

Jonathan Hemus, managing director at Insignia will share his crisis management expertise. 
In the aftermath of the coronavirus outbreak, stock prices fell dramatically, supply chains were heavily disrupted and more than a third of the world’s population were forced to self-isolate. 
This left many businesses in weakened positions with 61% saying they are now more vulnerable to the impact of a crisis than before COVID-19, according to Insignia research. 
Worryingly, the same study revealed that only 30% of businesses said their crisis management plan worked extremely well when responding to Coronavirus.
Jonathan will outline what businesses must do now to ensure they are ready to deal with new threats and avoid further - potentially terminal – harm. 

This session will also include a scenario-based exercise in which you will have the opportunity to work in virtual groups to put you crisis management skills to the test!
