Council & Committee

The council is CIMA's governing body.

It consists of up to 56 members; four ex-officio members (the President, Deputy President, Vice President and Immediate Past President); up to 36 elected members; up to 13 co-opted members and up to 4 other co-opted persons.

Council meetings are usually held in January and in June. There is also one virtual meeting in April to approve audited financial statements and the Annual General Meeting notice, and other meetings as needed are called by the President of the day.
