How to pay
You can now pay your fees and subscriptions online using a credit/debit card, or you can set up a direct debit (only through UK and Republic of Ireland banks).
We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
To pay your fees, please login to MY CIMA and click on 'Settle my account'. To set up a direct debit, login to MY CIMA and click on 'My direct debit details'.
If you do not wish to pay online you can send payment to us. We accept:
- a money order, UK postal order or a sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank, crossed and made payable to CIMA
- sterling bank draft drawn on a UK bank
- Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards.
If you are sending payment to us, please complete a remittance advice (PDF 50KB) and return with your payment.
If you are sending in a cheque, money order, UK postal order or sterling bank draft, please write your contact ID on the reverse.
If you require a refund due to an overpayment or duplicate payment, please email your request (including the amount to be refunded) to refunds@cimaglobal.com
Please do not under any circumstances email your credit/debit card details to this, or, any other CIMA email address.
