The Audit & Assurance Council advises the FRC Board and Codes & Standards Committee on auditing and assurance standards for public interest engagements and related guidance. The FRC is seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Member with significant experience of corporate reporting and audit as a CFO or senior accounts preparer; recent membership of an audit committee is also desirable.Although the official deadline has passed the FRC will still consider applications from suitable candidates.
