Reporting and managing risk

This report summarises case studies on risk management practices at four major organisations: Tesco, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Birmingham City Council and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).

The authors of each report interviewed key staff to gain a sense of how risk management was working at their organisations, as well as incorporating material from annual reports, other publicly available statements and internal risk management documents.
