- capital gains tax and holdover relief for gifts.
- planning to obtain entrepreneurs' relief for trustees.

The course will start at 9.30am, with registration and coffee from 9.00am, and end at 4.30pm. Lunch and refreshments are provided.

Prerequisites
Delegates are expected to be familiar with the main types of trust and have an outline knowledge of the main income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax rules relating to trusts. Delegates not in this position are advised to attend UK trusts - an introduction for finance professionals beforehand.
