Planning remuneration packages
Event type: Mastercourse
Planning tax efficient remuneration packages can be crucial to the success of an adviser. Understanding how to maximise the efficiency of the package through delivery of remuneration in the form of bonuses, benefits, deferred remuneration, share based remuneration or pensions, to name but a few, can impact significantly.
Where an employee travels the package can be dramatically affected by the likes of dual contracts, tax efficient bonuses and equalisation. FA 2008 has increased dramatically what must be known. Getting this right will enhance what is ultimately received.
