No prior knowledge of IFRS is presumed.

  • The IFRS regulatory environment.
  • The format and contents of IFRS financial statements.
  • Commonly encountered balance sheet issues.
  • Commonly encountered income statement issues.
  • The content and requirements of key IFRS and how these differ from UK GAAP.

Some of the more complex standards are covered in IFRS - advanced.

The programme starts at 9.30am, with registration and coffee from 9.00am, and ends at 4.30pm. Lunch and refreshments are provided.
