How will the diploma help me?

Developed in joint partnership between the Institute of Directors and CIMA, this director development programme is your entry into the boardroom.

The programme will give you the chance to benchmark your knowledge, understanding and expertise against leading practices. It will also help you make sure that you are up to date with the latest in best practice and business thinking.

The programme covers aspects of corporate governance, directors’ responsibilities and strategy on improving business performance. It also addresses the key issues and concerns facing CIMA members today. It is the perfect way to develop your individual CPD needs and to accelerate your career.

When will the course be held?

The programme will run from September 2008 as a series of seven facilitated modules. There will be 11 days of study and two days of e-learning (over a period of eight months) and an examination.
