Diesel

Founded in 1978, Diesel is a design house, a manufacturer and distributor. The company has flagship stores and concessions in the world’s major cities. It has a presence in 80 different countries with 270 single brand stores - 170 of which are company-owned, the rest are partnerships with local distributors. The Diesel brand was created by Rosso in 1985 and in 1996 the company opened a flagship store on Lexington Avenue in New York. Diesel is a CIMA Training Partner.

Jaguar Landrover

Jaguar and Land Rover came together as an organisation in 2002. It employs around 21,000 employees, of which 337 are finance staff located at various sites in Warwickshire, Solihull, Coventry and Liverpool. The responsibilities of the finance function range from financial accounting through to financial analysts in product development, manufacturing and marketing, and sales and service. There are also finance staff based in a registered charity - the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust, whose home is the Heritage Motor Centre. Jaguar Land Rover is a CIMA Training Quality Partner.

Nestlé

Nestlé in the United Kingdom employs approximately 7,000 people and includes a portfolio of leading branded food and beverage products including, Nescafé, KitKat, Ski, Carnation and Herta. Nestlé’s first sales in the UK started in 1868, just a year after the company was founded. Nestlé opened its first UK factory in 1901. Croydon, Surrey is home of Nestlé UK Ltd’s head office and the confectionary plant at York is the largest Nestlé factory in the world, covering 142 acres. Nestlé is a CIMA Training Quality Partner.

Cadbury Schweppes

Cadbury Schweppes is one of the biggest international beverage and confectionery companies in the world, with a market capitalisation of £10bn (December 2004). With a history stretching back over 200 years, today Cadbury Schweppes employs around 55,000 people and its brands are enjoyed in almost every country around the world.
