Benevolent Fund

The CIMA benevolent fund is to help members and their dependants cope with problems like ill health, unemployment, hardship in retirement and bereavement.

We offer personal support and guidance, either on the telephone or face to face with visits by regional fund representatives.

Direct financial assistance is also available, helping with expenses, repairs and maintenance. Council appoints a committee that administers the fund.

Can I donate?

The fund is maintained through voluntary donations of CIMA members and other sources that, with the returns on its investments, make up its income.

Support is greatly appreciated and helps us to make a significant difference to those members in need of help.

Members can donate either online or by using a Gift Aid Declaration.

Gift Aid enables the CIMA Benevolent Fund to reclaim the UK income tax paid by the donors on the donated sum at no additional cost to the donor. Donors can end the arrangement at any time.

For further information on using a Gift Aid Declaration, please email caroline.aldred@cimaglobal.com

You can also support the fund by making a bequest. Members in Ireland and South Africa can contribute directly to their established, separate funds.
