ACRA offers many useful services to CIMA members and students.
Ask ACRA
ACRA has an interactive FAQ section which can be found on its homepage. Users of Ask ACRA only need type a question into the search function to find the best answer and some suggested alternatives. Where an appropriate answer is not available the user can submit the query directly to ACRA using an online form.

ACRA has created an online search facility which you can use to find businesses by specified search criteria. Please visit the ACRA website for more.
ACRA - change in helpdesk hours
Because demand for helpdesk services during off peak hours is very low, ACRA has decided to change the operating hours of the
helpdesk service as follows:
Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 7pm
Saturdays: 8am to 1pm
Sundays and public holidays: closed
