CIMA world conference 2008

This flagship event has been designed to address matters of corporate, national and social interest across the Asia Pacific region.

Speakers from around the world will engage audiences on the themes of global branding, innovation, national peace and leadership.

The diverse collection of speakers are experts in their field, and have made significant contributions to the growth of their own countries.

They all share proven leadership abilities, and a talent for inspiring others to impact on local and global development.

Who will attend?

Speakers

The keynote speakers will be:

  • Mr John Hume, second leader of the Social Democratic and Labour Party (SDLP) and recipient of the Gandhi Peace Prize, Martin Luther King Award and Nobel Peace Prize
  • Dr Atta-ur-Rahman, Federal Minister/Chairman of Pakistan's Higher Education Commission and advisor to the Prime Minister for science and technology
  • Mr Y Bhg Dato' Peter Velappan, former General Secretary of the Asian Football Confederation.
