Workshop – Finance control outsourcing

CIMA, together with Shenzhen CICPA, will host this half day workshop. Our guest speaker, Mr Dominic Tang FCMA, will share his experience on the following:

Speaker profile
Mr Dominic Tang FCMA, former executive vice president of SAES Getters (Nanjing) Co. Ltd, and deputy general manager of Nanjing SAES Huadong Vacuum Material Co. Ltd, was in charge of finance, management accounting, integrated supply chain, IT, HR, strategy and administration, as well as a business unit of gas purification in Shanghai. Prior to joining SAES, Mr Tang served Ciba group for 12 years, taking up extra assignments and job rotation opportunities, moving between Hong Kong, China and Switzerland, and serving four divisions.
Mr. Tang obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1994. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Business valuation and transaction pricing in M&A

A distinctive training course which shares international case studies and local practices on valuation and pricing in M&A. The course is structured to address your needs in overcoming challenges faced in performing effective business valuations in China. The course will be facilitated by John Simpson, Co-founder and President of Onyx Associates. The event will also feature special presenter Joerg Ayrle, managing director in M&A, Asia Pacific, Siemens Corporation. Joerg will discuss the differences between local and international M&A.
