How long does the complaints process take? |
| Answer CIMA fully appreciates that when a complaint is raised, both parties will be anxious to have the matter resolved without delay. Without compromising the thoroughness and fairness of its handling of disciplinary complaints, every effort will be made to ensure that these are dealt with quickly, efficiently and without unnecessary delay. |
