CIMA invites researchers to submit funding proposals under the following headings:- Research projects
- Research conferences / seminars / workshops
- Visiting Professors
We have a significant budget to support these activities, but before applying researchers should read the research strategy (PDF 178KB)
Then complete the project funding application form (DOC 55KB) with reference to the supporting guidance notes (PDF 60KB). Please view our standard research contract (PDF 86KB) to discuss the matter with the finance office at your institution prior to submitting an application.
Alternatively, complete the event funding application form (DOC 49KB), referring to the supporting guidance notes (PDF 21KB).

Applications for sponsorship can be made at any time during the year on an ad hoc basis or in direct response to calls for papers under research initiatives.
