Booking conditions

CIMA Mastercourses and other courses and conferences are open to all.

Please note that all prices exclude VAT.

For standard bookings, the following conditions apply:

  • If you have to cancel, please fax/email details to us. Up to 21 days before the course there is a 20% admin charge. Within 21 days of the course date the full course fee is charged.
  • If you have to transfer to another course, please fax/email details to us. Up to 21 days before the course there is a 20% admin charge. Within 21 days of the course date the full course fee is charged.
  • If you would like to change the person attending the course you have booked, please fax/email details to us. There is no charge.

For Corporate Discount Scheme (CDS) bookings, the following conditions apply:

  • If you have to cancel, please fax/email details to us. Up to 28 days before the course there is no charge. 14-28 days before the course there is a 20% admin charge. Within 14 days of the course your CDS payment will be forfeited.
  • If you have to transfer to another course, please fax/email details to us. Up to 28 days before the course there is no charge. 14-28 days before the course there is a 20% admin charge. Within 14 days of the course your CDS payment will be forfeited.
  • If you would like a colleague to take your place, please fax/email details to us. There is no charge.

For all bookings:

  • If we are forced to cancel a course we will refund your fees. However, we regret that we cannot cover any additional expenses.
  • When we receive your booking we will check availability on the course(s) you wish to attend before invoicing you or processing credit card payment.

We may send you further information about other courses and conferences. If you would prefer not to receive these please let us know:

  • CIMA members and students - please log into My CIMA and update your communication preferences under My Details.
  • Non members - please email: mastercourses@cimaglobal.com with the words 'Do not mail' as the subject heading.
