William Gibbs studied hotel management in Ireland, and spent a year working in Frankfurt as part of his course, where he gained experience in various different kitchen departments. He completed his diploma in hotel management and went on to gain a BCom in Economics and Accountancy. William moved to London, working for Forte Hotels as a finance trainee but his passion to set up his own business in the industry has never been fiercer.
