CIMA's Customer and Market Insight team is committed to strategic research that directly benefits CIMA's members and students around the world.
We are market research specialists with more than 25 years' combined knowledge and experience. We are independent of any CIMA division or department.
Our work includes conducting research into attitudes to CIMA and its services, and undertaking intelligence to identify business opportunities for management accountants in developing markets.
Our research activities focus on the views and interests of our members and students, so that CIMA can continually strive to meet, and exceed, your expectations.
Who do we work with?
Our team works with stakeholders across CIMA's regional offices to ensure that our research is inclusive and relevant to our global membership.
From time to time we also collaborate with professional research agencies and industry sponsors in order to provide the most innovative research design and analysis.

Our work is conducted to the highest industry standards and adheres to the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the code of conduct of the Market Research Society (MRS).
Market Research Society Company Partnership Scheme
CIMA has extended its membership of the Market Research Society by becoming the third international client organisation of the MRS Company Partnership Scheme.

As a business professional we know your time is at a premium, and we appreciate the time you take to complete our surveys.
CIMA members, students, prospective students, business partners and tuition providers are all invited from time to time to take part in our surveys.
All participants are randomly selected, and some surveys have strict quotas based on demographic profiles and geography.
