Career motivators are often related to personal rather than financial or career orientated rewards, according to our CIMA member salary survey. One important personal choice is where you want to live and work.
For 16% of CIMA members intending to move abroad in the next 12 months, predominately English speaking countries are the most popular choice: Australia, followed by the USA, New Zealand, UAE and Canada.
CIMA offers local support in all these regions, whether through CIMA offices or a partnership agreement offering member network support.
