Compare your shared services performance
How well is your shared service centre doing? Join this study to benchmark it against others.
CIMA members are invited to participate in our joint study with The Hackett Group on annual shared services performance.
Shared services have evolved and expanded into multifaceted business centres, a concept Hackett calls global business services. This study focuses on the challenges and opportunities as well as the metrics and best practices of top performing global business service centres. These include governance, organisational design, enabling technologies and people.
As a CIMA member participating in the study, you will learn:
- how your shared services organisation compares against other business service centres
- strategies and approaches for determining scope and geography
- best practices for improving your shared services performance
- metrics for measuring your shared services performance.
Participate in the study by clicking on one of the links below.
CIMA members will receive the composite research results including key findings and information on how your organisation compares with the benchmark group. The Hackett Group’s Shared Services Performance Study is open until 2 October at no cost to CIMA members. Results will be distributed from January 2010.
Your responses will remain completely confidential and will be used only in combination with those of other survey respondents to develop a composite picture. For more information about the shared services study, contact Burak Ecevit becevit@thehackettgroup.com.
