Not since the recession of the 1990's has there been such an intense focus on the management of working capital. Amid the worsening economic environment with incoming cash declining and with the banks getting increasingly tough on credit, the squeeze for working capital improvement and progress in cash positions is now on. This briefing is designed to provide finance professionals with a practical view on how significant improvements in working capital can be made in a relatively short period of time.
