Feedback after the exam
We run a special feedback inbox during and immediately after each exam sitting. You can use this to give us feedback about the exam papers and our exam venues for two weeks after the exams finish.

Comments received will be forwarded to the relevant examiners. You will receive an acknowledgement of your comments and/or a response within ten working days.
Comments sent to the talkback inbox are completely independent of the marking process.
Applying for special consideration
CIMA has a process in place which allows you to appeal for special consideration if you feel that your performance in any or all of your exams was adversely affected by exceptional personal circumstances, such as temporary illness or the death of a close relative, or if there was a problem at your exam centre on the day of the exam.
Before making an application, read the terms and conditions for appeals for special consideration in exams (PDF 64KB). Then use this special consideration application form (Word 41KB) to send your application by email to exams.consideration@cimaglobal.com or by post.
Exam results
Exam results are sent out by second class post or airmail to your current address in MY CIMA. If you want to receive your results by email, you must update your communication preferences in MY CIMA at least two weeks prior to results day.
Please note that students sitting 'Extra' exams in March or September have a limited period, following results day, to enter for the next main global exams (May/November) without a late entry fee. See exam dates for more information.
Exam review services
The question breakdown summary on your results letter will show the number of marks awarded by the exam marker for each question attempted.
