Join fellow professionals at Apres Summer Row for an evening with Paul Redwood, a networking coach who is fascinated by people and performance. Paul will not only share some of this top networking tips but also give you the chance to put them into practice in a relaxed and friendly environment accompanied by a free buffet and drinks reception. Our aims
PIN WM aims to promote knowledge sharing and provide opportunities for the professional institutes in the West Midlands to network and for members to influence contiunal professional learning.
Member institutes include ACCA, Birmingham Law Society, The British Computer Society, The Chartered Institute of Marketing, CIMA, CIPFA, The Chartered Institute of Public relations, The Chartered Management Institute, The Chartered Institute of Taxation, The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Financial Services School of Finance, The Insolvency Practitioners Association. RICS, Personal Finance Society and The UK IT Association.
Peter Rees-Steer recently handed the chairmanship of the committee to Andrew Davison. The committee Vice-Chair is Kwasi Okanta-Ofori from CIMA and the Committee Secretary role is taken up by Keith Simpson. Andrew will seek to raise the profile of PIN WM as it develops into the preeminent organisation representing the professional sector in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Andrew Corbett, Director of PerfectArc who designed and developed the website, based in Ludlow and a member of the British Computer Society, said 'We have been massively encouraged by the interest shown by the professions. Aside from the obvious benefits for continuous professional development, this creates wider opportunities for people across the professions to network with one another. Looking forward we are hoping to add some additional features to the site and to promote more joint events.'
