CIMA development scheme
The CIMA development accreditation scheme recognises employers that support career-long learning by meeting CIMA’s quality standards for professional development.
Employers who support their CIMA members through their professional development can apply for accreditation as a CIMA development partner.
CIMA development accreditation benefits include:
- active demonstration of a commitment to best practice that attracts and retains high quality staff
- active demonstration of a commitment to continuing professional development
- demonstration of excellence to clients and other stakeholders
- support of your organisation's quality assurance systems.
Members must work through the CIMA professional development cycle annually and record their development activities. Our CPD policy requires you to address each step of the cycle, and record all associated activities.
