This CIMA Mastercourse will enhance your ability to develop your business, contacts and networks using a consultative sales model.

All who need to generate opportunities to develop your business, contacts and networks.

• The ability to recognise opportunities to develop your network of contact points and new business prospects.
• The skills-set to approach new contacts and promote or sell your goods or services using a consultative sales model and control techniques.

Develop the skills to:

• understand that business opportunities are never missed, just seized by the competition. Be continually aware of the importance of networking internally and externally to create new prospect opportunities
• review time allocation and resources spent with a client or prospect against the return on investment
• develop a contact strategy and understand the techniques for getting through the screening contact to the main contact
• open the call effectively, with a good reason to call statement, engage the prospect, overcome initial objections and pull him/her into conversation
• develop your ability to question and understand the prospects' needs through good questioning techniques
• structure any presentation material to be informative, memorable and persuasive
• overcome client resistance and objections to proposals or recommendations
• improve commitment-gaining techniques in confirming an appointment.
