Council

The council is CIMA's governing body.

There are 54 members; 38 are directly elected by CIMA members.

The remaining 16 are the president, deputy president, vice president, immediate past president and 12 co opted members. Council meets five times a year to discuss and set policy.

Governance and policy committees meet at least four times a year.
