Exam results for Quality Partner colleges
CIMA provides pass statistics for CIMA students studying at your college.

To obtain these results we require a completed template which we will email to you in April and October each year. Quality Partner colleges are required to complete this template.

Once we have received the template, we will check it and inform you why students may not appear in the final report. Students are normally absent from reports either because the students' data provided is incorrect or the student has requested that their results are not released to their college.

We require the following information about each student:

• student Contact ID (e.g. 1-JZ8H). All CIMA Contact IDs start with a number '1' rather than a letter 'I'
• first name, surname and date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
• course type/method of study
• the paper(s) that the student studied at your college

Reports on how your students have performed will be released to you by email within a week of the results being sent to students.

Note: course providers are not permitted to publish their CIMA pass rates. The bases on which the results are calculated can vary widely and may be misleading. Naturally if a student asks the college for information on how the college has performed, this should be provided.
